Nobiez™ turns the business of reputation management on it's head - by monitoring problem CLIENTS. Now vendors can identify highly litigious and frequent non-payers at the click of a button. Stiffed anyone lately? The Challenge: Fully understand the user context, and create intuitive, direct means to access the information. Solution: A user centric, visual design approach was key, and required an intensive contextual research to identify key stories. We strove to organize information in the most streamlined way possible, minimizing elements (form fields, particularly). In the end, we produced an efficient and effective user interaction, and an entirely new kind of vetting tool.
